ATTORNEY - Minneapolis & Fargo

Fisher Bren & Sheridan, LLP is currently searching for a hardworking and dedicated Attorney to join our Minneapolis, MN and Fargo, ND offices. Fisher Bren & Sheridan is a 13 attorney practice focusing on assisting clients in the fields of construction law, insurance coverage and litigation, general liability and civil litigation, catastrophic loss, environmental and pollution law, commercial and business litigation, real estate, professional litigation, and data center litigation.

A successful candidate must have substantive litigation experience, exceptional legal research and analytical and writing skills, critical thinking ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to organize, prioritize and multitask, and a commitment to quality client service.

Requirements for consideration:

  • 5 years or more of civil litigation and experience in representing at court proceedings
  • Licensed to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota

PARALEGAL - Minneapolis

Fisher Bren & Sheridan, LLP is currently searching for a hardworking and dedicated Paralegal to join our Minneapolis office.  Fisher Bren & Sheridan is a 12 attorney practice focusing on assisting clients in the fields of construction law, insurance coverage and litigation, general liability and civil litigation, catastrophic loss, environmental and pollution law, commercial and business litigation, real estate, professional litigation, and data center litigation.

The candidate must be ready to successfully handle assisting with case organization and case management, document production, discovery, drafting of correspondence, research for cases, E-filing in both State and Federal Courts, summarize depositions, prepare materials for depositions, mediations, motion hearings and trials.

Requirements for consideration:

  • 3 – 5 years of direct paralegal experience supporting civil litigation
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills including Adobe and Microsoft Office
