Bryan M. Wachter
Bryan Wachter is an attorney at Fisher Bren & Sheridan, LLP. He is a general civil litigation attorney practicing in a range of areas, including personal injury/wrongful death, construction law, product liability, and commercial disputes.
Immediately prior to joining the firm, Bryan negotiated business to business contracts for U.S. Bank National Association. Prior to U.S. Bank, Bryan’s practice focused exclusively on defense of workers’ compensation claims, including negotiating settlements, witness depositions, hearings, and motion practice. He also previously worked as a judicial law clerk for Referee Mike Furnstahl of the Fourth Judicial District.
During law school, Bryan participated in the school’s immigration clinic and
assisted Professor Neil Hamilton in the creation and publication of Roadmap: The
Law Student’s Guide to Preparing and Executing a Successful Plan for Employment.
