Kate Seivert
Kate Seivert is an attorney at Fisher Bren & Sheridan, LLP providing service to her clients in a variety of civil litigation matters. Her practice focuses on personal injury, employment law, health law, construction litigation, and general liability.
While in law school at the University of Minnesota Law School, Kate developed valuable skills serving as the Insurance Law Clinic Student Director. Kate enjoyed being a member of several Moot Court competition teams and her responsibilities as the National Moot Court Student Director. She also participated in several organizations including the Federal Bar Association, Women’s Student Law Organization, Litigation & Trial Advocacy Group, Minnesota Justice Foundation, and the Asylum Law Project.
Prior to joining the firm, Kate gained rich experience as a law clerk in the Twin Cities at a large insurance company and at the Dakota County Attorney’s Office Criminal and Civil Divisions.
Kate is an avid hockey fan. She also enjoys spending time in nature and quality time with friends and family.
