Matthew handles complex insurance coverage disputes and civil litigation in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota federal and state courts. Since joining the firm in 2021, Matthew has been an advocate for the firm’s clients bringing a wide range of experience in contract litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage, environmental disputes including emerging contaminant/PFAS, professional liability, errors and omissions and other commercial matters.
Matthew received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota. He is admitted in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, District of Minnesota, District of North Dakota and the Eighth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Matthew was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2021 and 2022.
