Daniel A. Berlinger
Dan Berlinger joined Fisher Bren & Sheridan LLP in 2019 as an associate attorney. He is a general civil litigation attorney practicing in a range of areas, including personal injury/wrongful death, construction law, product liability, and commercial disputes. In addition to litigation, his practice also includes drafting business formation documents as well as drafting and reviewing contracts.
During law school, Dan was the publications editor the University of St. Thomas Law Journal, participated in the school’s bankruptcy litigation clinic, and served as the Student Government Treasurer. After graduating law school, he clerked for the Honorable Regina M. Chu, Judge of the Fourth Judicial District Court in Minnesota. Dan currently serves on the Cardozo Society Steering Committee.
